Online aftercare – meet your therapist where you are.
Alfa-Fredensborg has developed a unique aftercare programme – AlfaOnline where the resident meets with his group 1-2 times a week online.
The finishing has the same elements as the traditional finishing, the only difference is that you meet virtually instead of in an office.
Online finishing in practice
Users will receive a login which they can use on their computers, smartphones or tablets. This allows them to meet with their therapist and their group members at an agreed time.
In the virtual aftercare, there will be record-keeping, progress notes and follow-up meetings with caseworkers, in the same way as if the citizen was in a regular aftercare. All communication is encrypted, so no one is listening in.
